CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation: • Cancellations more than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment may be rescheduled at no charge. • Cancellations less than 12hours prior to your appointment will forfeit any deposit or 50% of the quoted service. • No-shows are treated as late cancellations. Deposit is non-refundable and you will be charged 50% of the quoted service. Rescheduling: • Reschedules are allowed up to 12 hours before your appointment, depending on availability. Any deposit may be applied to the new appointment at the artist’s discretion. Late Arrivals: • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or rescheduling. If you do not contact me letting me know you are running late, you will be considered a now show and will be charged 50% of the quoted price. • Your deposit will still be applied toward your rescheduled appointment. Special Events & Flash Sessions: • Deposits for private events, parties, and flash sessions are non-refundable & non-negotiable. • Rescheduling depends on artist availability. Contact me as soon as possible to ensure rescheduling availability. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service will forfeit your deposit. Why This Policy Exists: This ensures your appointment is reserved exclusively for you and allows the artist to maintain the highest level of quality, professionalism, and personalized service.
